My Learning Library

Welcome to My Learning Library- Books On Christianity

Join us in our journey of the pursuit of Christ-Likeness. When Jesus said: “I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly” [John 10:10 NKJV] or “a rich and satisfying life.” [NLT], did he mean this life could be realized only when we die? While reminding us about the difference between cognitive knowledge and “personal experiential knowing,” “My Learning Library ”assures that based on the spiritual and educational knowledge of the Scriptures if we embrace the life of Jesus with childlike faith, we can experience kingdom living and its application on earth, here and now.

Understanding the faith we profess – My Learning Library

“In contemporary Christianity, there is a tendency to think that if we had more knowledge of the Bible, and if we consulted books on Christianity, or if we studied the dogmas of the faith or prayed a certain way, we could better “Understand” the things of God. However, it is not about acquiring intellectual knowledge and facts that brings belief but it is through the Holy Spirit’s revelation that we can know God intimately, and once “knowing” comes, we enter into God’s presence and we encounter the mystery that redeems.”

Joshua A. McClure

“And my message and my preaching were very plain. I did not use wise and persuasive speeches, but the Holy Spirit was powerful amomg you.”

1 Corinthians 2:4.
